Radio Show: Travel Treasures in Cyprus

On my recent trip to Cyprus, I blogged about the wealth of treasures that would make me return to this tiny country. Now, Pat Boyle at the Travel Show on KPAM 860 Radio in Portland, Oregon interviewed me on my journey. Listen to this interview and you'll learn why the Cypriots are known for their hospitality, what was my favorite castle, and why mealtime was so special.

I love living vicariously through you and hearing about these experiences. That said, I'm jealous! We have no disposable income right now, and no plans for overseas travel. Sigh!

Hi Jennifer, I always appreciate your enthusiastic comments.

Like Jennifer, I like being able to travel with your through your descriptions--even if I can't be there myself. I visited Cyrus years ago and loved every minute of it.

Hi MyKidsEatSquid, I'm so glad that the radio spot was able to transport you back to Cyprus. None of my friends or colleagues have visited so far, unlike you.

That's a nice view to fill up your stories about your travel in Cyprus. I'm more into travel photos but I like some of your stories here.

Couldn't get the interview to play. I would love to hear it. Any chance of another way to get it?

Hi Name Tags, I just tried it and it worked fine. Maybe try refreshing the page and then trying again. If it doesn't work, please let me know. And I am sorry for any inconvenience. But I sure appreciate your interest in Cyprus.
