With its hilltop fortresses, chapels snuggled in pine forests, network
of hiking trails and family-owned vineyards, Montenegro appeals to oenophiles, those who embrace nature, history lovers or visitors who simply prefer hanging out on a thin crescent strip of sand. This short YouTube video slideshow is a mere slice of my adventures in Montenegro.
My daughter visited here last summer and raved about it. Great slideshow.
ReplyDeleteHi Brette, Glad you enjoyed my slideshow and also that your daughter enjoyed Montenegro. I'd like to return for another week or so.
ReplyDeleteWe almost made it to Montenegro in '98, but got bogged down in Albania. I am betting that part of the world has changed a lot since then.
ReplyDeleteHi Ruth, actually Albania is on my list.
ReplyDeleteLove the combination of mountains and water. So pretty.
ReplyDeleteHi Roxanne, each day, almost every trail offered a combination of mountain and water vistas. Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteHave not been. The photos pique my interest, though.
ReplyDeleteHi merr, I spent 2 weeks hiking and could've used another two weeks.
ReplyDeleteLove the slideshow - so beautiful and colorful.
