Public Art in Halifax, Nova Scotia - Part 1

In the new Queen’s Marque district that sits along the Halifax waterfront, public art is abundant. This is the monumental wire mesh “Sail” by Edoardo Tresoldi that’s evocative of a ghost ship.

This is John Greer’s “The Sirens’ Calling” with each Greek figure facing one of the four cardinal directions, representing the creative process.
